Joe Flacco appears to be on the mend.While speaking to reporters Wednesday, Ravens coach John Harbaugh expressed optimism about the veteran quarterback’s availability for workouts this week entering Week 14 action. Despite Flacco’s return to the field, backup quarterback Lamar Jackson is still expected to remain the starter. The rookie made his third regular-season start Sunday against the Falcons, leading the Ravens to a third straight win.The Chiefs (10-2) are slated to host Ravens (7-5) at 1 p.m. ET Sunday.
